We are pleased that you are taking time for a dedicated wellness visit. If you have other chronic or new medical problems, please keep in mind that some conditions are best managed at a dedicated visit separate from a wellness visit.

Plan to discuss your agenda at the beginning or your visit so you and your doctor can decide how many medical problems or conditions can safely be added to your wellness agenda.

Also keep in mind that if medical conditions are managed or addressed at a ‘wellness’ visit your bill will reflect both wellness items as well as problem based items. These other items may have a copay or deductible depending on your insurance.
