Virtual Care — sometimes called telemedicine — lets your doctor provide care for you without an in-person office visit. Virtual Care is done primarily online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Telemedicine is the use of electronic information and telecommunication technology to get the health care you need.
What are the benefits of telemedicine?
eVisits provide existing Family Care of the Fox Citiees patients easy access to a customized treatment plan or recommendation from our providers, all from their computer or smartphone. Patients are guided through a simple questionnaire and will receive a response within 2 hours of completion.
Operating hours are Monday–Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for E-Visits Requests submitted outside of these hours will receive a response the following day.
Our Video Visits allow you discuss symptoms of medical problem directly with your preferred care provider from the comfort of their own home. Video Visits are accessible through any web-enabled device with a camera and are made by appointment with your provider.
At Family Care of the Fox Cities, we understand busy schedules and know that every member of the family – from prenatal to babies, teens, college students, and adults of any age – has varying health needs. We also understand the importance of having quality care available when any member of your family needs it.
